| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
平成30年（2018年）から令和元年（2019年）の２年間の臨床検査データベースを対象とした。年齢、性と臨床検査32項目のデータともに、D-ダイマーが2 μg/mL以上の11,750例を抽出した。18歳未満を除外した後に、患者IDを連結可能匿名化した。重複例は、D-ダイマー値が一番高かった検査日のデータシートだけを残し、それ以外の5,766例を除外した。
72時間転帰は、電子カルテから自動的には抽出できない。重複例を除外した5,993例の72時間転帰を、電子カルテで1例1例調査し、院外心停止だった332例を除外した。現在、残りの5,661例の転帰の確認調査を進めている。
