| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
重症COVID-19患者、特にICU acquired weaknessを併発している患者の1年半後の身体機能や健康関連QOLについて研究を行い、その結果を2023年6月に行われた第60回リハビリテーション医学会学術集会で行っている。またすでにそれらの結果は論文発表を行い、Progress in Rehabilitation Medicineに掲載されている。（Long-term Health-related Quality of Life and Physical Function of COVID-19 Survivors with ICU-acquired Weakness. Progress in Rehabil Med 2024; 9:20240012)
また、回復期リハビリテーション病院における院内COVID-19アウトブレイクの脳卒中患者のリハビリテーションアウトカムへの影響を調べた。COVID-19クラスターは脳卒中患者のFIM利得やFIM効率を減少させ、また院内アウトブレイク時に入院中の患者はリハビリテーション実施時間数も減少を認めていた。これらの結果は"Impact of Nosocomial COVID-19 on Inpatient Rehabilitation Outcomes in Post-stroke Patients"の題目でProgress in Rehabilitation Medicineに論文投稿中である。

Reason
重症COVID-19患者に対して現状でawake proningを行う機会は研究立案段階よりも大きく減少したため、現在は重症COVID-19患者の長期的な罹患後症状や健康関連QOLへの影響、COVID-19における社会的な影響に関しての研究を行っている。現在施行しているCOVID-19に関する研究のために必要なデータ収集はすでに終了している。これらの結果に対して学会発表や論文発表を適宜行っている。

リハビリテーション医学会英文誌であるProgress in Rehabilitation Medicineに"Impact of Nosocomial COVID-19 on Inpatient Rehabilitation Outcomes in Post-stroke Patients"を投稿中である。

研究データの収集目的のPCやiPad、PCモニター等が必要であった。
今後論文発表の目的に統計解析ソフトやノートパソコン、文献検索ソフトを購入予定である。
