Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In 2023, I traveled to Europe to establish academic connections with foreign scholars, which resulted in an invitation to participate in two international research projects.I published two book chapters, produced two academic papers, and participated in various international academic and professional conferences on privacy in smart cities, AI contract negotiation, e-judiciary systems, etc.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
My research is progressing in line with the submitted proposal, albeit with a slight decrease in academic papers related to the project due to my new responsibilities as a professor. However, the persistent devaluation trends of the Japanese Yen continue to pose challenges for the international aspect of this research. Despite these hurdles, I am actively seeking opportunities to present my work at various academic conferences or activities abroad.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
As mentioned above, the current value of the Japanese Yen affects the original research project regarding international conferences. Nevertheless, this should not affect my academic papers and presentation output.
|
Causes of Carryover |
I requested a carry-forward payment of JPY200,000 to participate in an academic conference. The difference is what was left after paying expenses. I plan to use it according to my original research plan.
