Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this research, a technique has been developed that visualizes noise propagation paths in noise filters for power converters using sensitivity, which reflects the impact of physical properties like magnetic permeability and dielectric permittivity on S-parameter. This technique enables straightforward identification of previously hard-to-detect noise propagation due to electric and magnetic field coupling. It also allows for pinpointing factors and their locations that negatively impact noise performance, such as the parasitic capacitance in coils and the parasitic inductance of conductor patterns.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
