Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Dislocations are liner crystal defects in crystalline materials. Recently, it was reported that dislocation cores have unique atomic and electronic structures in compound semiconductors. In this study, therefore, optical properties were examined for deformed ZnS crystals including glide dislocations.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
