| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I successfully standardized a method to isolate high-quality single cells from cephalopod neural organs in plate wells and process them for RNA isolation and sequencing. The protocol proved effective in recovering complete mRNA, and the sequencing was successful. We are still working to minimize the protocol time to reduce external factors and achieve high sequencing throughput per cell. We correctly identified canonical cell markers for each cell.
