統合失調症における治療反応性と脳内ニューロメラニン濃度の関係

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

慶應義塾大学病院だけでなく関連病院の協力を得て、被験者のリクルートを行った。治療抵抗例と寛解者の患者群、健常群ともに20ペアとなっている。現時点で本研究に関する有害事象、実施計画書からの逸脱は認められていない。また脱落例も認められておらず、本研究における研究全体の基本的な手順は遵守されていると判断する。統合失調症における治療反応性と脳内ニューロメラニン濃度の関係研究の実験系を確立し、その後、ニューロメラニン濃度の解析パイプラインを確立し、ニューロメラニン濃度を定量化することが可能となった。

Reason

順調に被験者のリクルートが進み、患者群健常群ともには20ペアとなった。有害事象、実施計画書からの逸脱は認められていない。統合失調症における治療反応性と脳内ニューロメラニン濃度の関係研究の実験系を確立し、その後、ニューロメラニン濃度の解析パイプラインを確立し、ニューロメラニン濃度を定量化することが可能となった。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

患者群と健常群の計測と解析を進める。それぞれのニューロメラニン濃度の群間比較を行う予定である。統計解析を行い、これに基づく国内・国際学会での発表する。具体的には、①一般線形モデル解析を用いて、年齢、喫煙歴を共変量とし、TRS例と寛解例、HCのNM濃度を比較する。②年齢を共変量とする偏相関分析を用い、SZ患者における、NM濃度と認知機能や臨床症状との関係を検討する。
