Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的はNAFLD患者、NASH患者、肝硬変患者の腸内細菌、腸内真菌と病態との関連を明らかにすることである。現在は各々の患者をリクルートし、便からDNAを抽出し、検体採取している段階である。今後検体をふやし、その後詳しい精査を行う予定としている。
