Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2024年3月末の時点で計410名の消化器疾患患者について、GSRS-IBS、Brief
pain inventoryを用いた腹痛や他部位の痛みの調査、精神症状についてHADSを用いての評価、腹痛の有無、便秘・下痢といった消化器症状の有無、SF36を用いたhealth related QOLの調査、といった情報を含むデータベースを作成した。データベースには潰瘍性大腸炎74名、クローン病74名が含まれており、IBD患者については病勢についても調査を行っている。SF36や消化器症状については経時的な変化を記録した。
IBD患者40例で便検体の採取を終え、便検体の解析も終了している。現在腸内細菌の解析結果とデータベース上の臨床症状との関連について解析を進めている。
