Outline of Annual Research Achievements

COPD患者における末梢血でのTfh細胞、Tph細胞、さらにそのサブセットについて測定、解析を進めている。現在約50例を解析し、COPD患者では正常対照群と比較してＴfh細胞の数や比率は変化しなかったが活性化が増していることが確認されている。さらに、Tph細胞の数や割合の増加傾向をわずかだが認めている。

症例の集積は順調に進んでいる。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

引き続きCOPD患者におけるリンパ球解析を行う。
また、肺組織での免疫組織学的検討を予定している

Causes of Carryover

予定より症例数が少なかったことと、学会報告等や論文化に至っていないため。
翌年分の抗体購入や測定費に使用予定
