Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, the relationship between Nrf2 and dermatitis using Nrf2-activated mice that developed skin inflammation was analyzed. Comprehensive gene expression analysis using the epidermis of Nrf2-activated mice revealed significant changes in gene expression, including Nrf2 target genes, when compared to mice where the degradation of Nrf2 by Keap1 or βTrCP was blocked individually.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
