Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this research project, I focused on analyzing the refugee protection systems of each country up to the present day and comparing their multiculturalism. In addition to Jordan and Germany, which I have been researching so far, I focused on Japan's refugee policy. In 2022, we focused on Japan's immigration and refugee policies since the Ukraine crisis and researched the changes in Japan's policies regarding Syrian refugees, Afghan refugees, and Ukrainian refugees. In 2023, I researched how Japan's concept of "multicultural coexistence" is applied to Japan's refugee policies and gave an oral presentation in English at an international symposium.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
