Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The goal of this study is to comprehensively uncover the impact of shocks and financial support to specific firms on the supply chain as a whole. The study first confirms that an increase in bank lending to firms contributes to supply chain recovery when firms face unexpected supply chain disruptions. I also find that firms that receive more funding tend to be more geographically dispersed when firms recover their supply chains, suggesting that this contributes to building a more desirable supply chain for the firm. The study was summarized in a paper, which was eventually accepted for a peer-reviewed journal.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
