Outline of Annual Research Achievements

広帯域・マルチバンドのアンテナとレクテナの小形化について検討し、小形アンテナの動作メカニズムと設計技術を提案している。MATLABコーディングとフルウェーブ電磁界シミュレーションを用いて、提案アンテナの電磁界数値解析を行い、アンテナの実測値と一致しており、提案アンテナの設計法の妥当性を示した。その結果、周波数フィルタリング機能を有する疑似八木・宇田アンテナや高利得誘電体共振器アンテナ、マルチバンドキャビティバックSIWアンテナなどの多くのアンテナを提案することができた。
非線形のダイオード整流回路を検討し,その数学モデルとSPICEモデルをそれぞれ数値計算とフルウェーブの電磁界シミュレーションを行った。無線電力伝送システムでは、周波数の広帯域特性を備えた整流器が望まれているため、本研究では、2 GHz - 6 GHzの広帯域、及び-10 dBm - 20 dBmの高いダイナミックレンジにおいて、高効率な整流器の開発に成功している。また、同一時間・同一周波数の全二重(CCFD)モードでの高い整流効率を実現し、受信アンテナからの再放射を抑制するためのフィルタ、非可逆ネットワーク回路、高調波抑制回路の設計についても検討した。
無線電力伝送システムにおけるレクテナは、一般にカスケード接続されたアンテナ、フィルター、整合ネットワーク、非線形の整流デバイス、ローパスフィルター、および負荷から構成される。本研究では、アンテナとアレーアンテナの小形化のほか、フィルタリング電力デバイダーなどの小形マイクロ波デバイス及びシステム全体に対する小形の最適化についても提案を行っている。それによって、システム全体の体積をさらに減らすことができた。
これらの研究成果を11編のジャーナル論文にまとめ、発表した。
