Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
We have donate the research to manipulate the area of nanowire concentrator with the sensor during the last year. As the problem which mentioned before, tiny concentrator hardly the molecule/water adsorption amount, and huge concentrator will sacrifice the design of portable sensor. Therefore, we design a flexible concentrator for intergrating with a sensingtive gas sensor. Flexibel PI substrate is choosen and nanostructored ZnO materal could be area selectively synthesised on this substrate as molecule concentrator. Such design successfully solve the problem, and we can conduct the gas molecule capter-desorption-transfer expermental which proposed in the topic.
