Outline of Annual Research Achievements

The dynamic reconfigurable H-shaped metamaterials based on ultra-small micro electromechanical systems (MEMS) cantilever actuators have been designed, calculated, fabricated, and evaluated. Results of the study have been orally reported in the 15th Pacific Rim Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics, published in a journal paper of Applied Physics Letters, and orally reported in the 83rd JSAP autumn meeting. And part of the study has won the 53rd JSAP young scientist presentation award. The progress of the study has been communicated in the 70th JSAP spring meeting by an invited talk.
