Outline of Final Research Achievements |
For many years, marriage migration was considered only in terms of female migration. This research project situates marriage migration in the context of diaspora. In particular, field research and analytical outcomes validate the consideration of marriage migrants as transnational diasporas with multiple identities who have limited access to de-facto citizenship in either host/home countries.
