Research Abstract |
The main purposes of this study were to visualize psychological emergent properties of a group as the whole and to accumulate examinations and findings to exploit the effective team development programs. We conducted visualization of states of team communication by using of "Business Microscope" system that enabled to monitor communication behaviors among team members. Then we examined the relationships between the attributes of visualized team communication and the traits of psychological emergent properties of a team. We also examined the specific qualities of team processes which high performance teams carry in business organizations. Constructive discussion was carried out on the basis of findings of these studies and some other ones like as the examination of fostering shared mental model among team members, influences of transactive memory system on team processes, and visualization of team norms and organizational security culture.
