Research Abstract |
We studied about the protection of functional deterioration of deglutition decline by basic fibroblast factor(bFGF). Specifically, we used Drug delivery system (DDS) with gelatine hydrogel and gave it to inferior constrictor muscle of pharynx and performed a morphologic change, a study about the myofunction drop prevention. I triggered bFGF at high density to inferior constrictor muscle of pharynx using an aging rat stably in Drug delivery system (DDS) with the gelatine hydrogel and gave it to inferior constrictor muscle of pharynx and performed a morphologic change, a study about the myofunction drop prevention. As a result of histologic examination, observation of the nerve lower device, it was suggested that cricopharyngeus muscle was higher in the protective efficacy of the myofunction drop by the bFGF dosage.
