| Research Abstract |
前年度までに得た知見と、作成中のコーパスをもとに、各々のペルシア語出版物の内容に関する調査をさらに進めた。また、前年度と同じく、当該時代の南アジアにおけるアラビア語、ペルシア語、ウルドゥー語の出版の状況についての調査を続けた。さらに、本研究課題の採択以降、国外において関連する新たな研究成果の公表が相次いでおり、本研究の方向性をさらに詳細に検討する必要が生じた。それらを入手し、研究動向の把握に努め、再検討の参考材料とした（James L. Gelvin & Nile Green (eds.), Global Muslims in the age of steam and print, 1850-1930, Berkeley, 2013; Geoffrey Roper, The History of the Book in the East, Farnham, 2013; R. Venkatachalapathy, The province of the book: Scholars, scribes, and scribblers in Colonial Tamilnadu, Delhi, 2012; C. Ryan Perkins, `From the Mehfil to the printed word: Public debate and discourse in late colonial India', Indian Economic and Social History Review, 50-1, 2013, pp. 47-76.）。また本年度の最終段階において、トルコの学術雑誌の書評 (Turkish Journal of Islamic Studies, 28, 2012, pp. 151-153) を通じて、本研究に密接に関連すると思われる研究成果が2012年ごろにイランで発表されたことが判明した(`Arif Nawshahi, Kitab-shinasi-yi Athar-i Farsi-yi Chap-shudah dar Shibh-i Qarrah (Hind, Pakistan, Bangladesh) az 1160-1386 h.sh./1195-1428 h./1791-2007). 4 vols., Tihran, 1391sh (2012/13).)。この著作の内容は、本研究によって作成している出版物コーパスの新規性に関わるので、直ちにこれを入手する手立てを講じたところであり、速やかに検討に付する予定である。
