Research Abstract |
From our study it becomes clear that analyzing Japanese law in the light of the legal experiences of such mixed jurisdictions as South Africa, Scotland, Louisiana, Quebec, etc. can help us in finding a methodology for explaining Japanese law in English, but also in mapping Japanese law in the world. In these three years, we have published many articles and read papers at international conferences on equity, defamation and other torts, as well as trusts.
