Research Abstract |
First-degree price discrimination in Japanese antitrust law, there are two opinions. One is that below some kind of cost(it needed to make goods),it will be illegal(of course, it fulfill other requirements). The other is that sometimes it will be illegal although above some kind of cost. In Korean antitrust law, there are two opinions and not general agreement.
