| Research Abstract |
First we transtated the related laws and regulations. For example,it is Arbitation Act, KCAB Internationa Arbitratio Rules. And we inquired for the resolution system for disputes of intellectual property in Korea.To be concrete, ADR mediation,commercial arbitation,etc.For the mediation we invested the "Korean Copyrigt Commission"etc.In near future we will make public the results.
