| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to clarify the optimal structure of inter- and intra-organizational networks for sustainable product innovation of corporations. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches have been employed. Using the Bayesian network analysis, we verified the diffusion pattern of innovation within networks. We also confirmed the effectiveness of the network analysis of the communication chains to clarify the product development pattern in the R&D section. The results of discourse analysis for both Coleman network and Status network showed that the Coleman network was more suitable for product development than Status network.
