| Research Abstract |
This study was aiming to clear a method of urban policy to use effectively the social capitals in BURAKU community of Japan.
First of all, I tried to clear difference between BURAKU and SAN-YA as a typical minority communities in Japan. Then I tried to develop a way of new type of urban policy with affirmative actions.
