Research Abstract |
The aim of this study is to investigate resilience of adolescents with developmental disorders. First, the follow-up survey had been conducted in order to understand the employment situations of people who had visited Shirayuri College Clinical Center for Developmental Disorders in childhood. Also, the relation between social adaptation of people with developmental disorders and resilience as well as depression of their parents who play roles of an environmental factor had been examined by implementing a questionnaire research and interviews. Second, Rorschach test had been carried out to analyze the perception style, interpersonal relationship, and self-image of participants in social rehabilitation program supported by a medical-based institution. Furthermore, 2 cases present several changes through the continuous therapeutic intervention.
