Research Abstract |
This study is to clarify the logic and a strategy of a lifelong learning measure for correction of disparities in society. Above all, the focused at that study was "Domiciliation Independence Zone Design". This ''design'' raises satiability of a living of people and promotes domiciliation and emigration, and "learning" participates deeply in the policy process. This consideration clarified the next points. Suppliers of ''learning'' diversified. In other words, a lifelong learning measure is transforming from an educational policy to a social formation policy. Methods of a lifelong learning measure diversified too. Methods of lifelong learning have changed to cooperation with citizens and public information from the traditional ''course''. Lifelong learning measure for correction of disparities in society is developed as not only a educational policy but also a social formation policy.
