| Research Abstract |
I studied the employment of young people in Aomori Prefecture. 59.8% turnover rate within three years joining is a problem. I went to high school study. I worked with relevant organizations. I studied lead to independence young people to "vocational education". I was a "turnover not" research. "Ability to enjoy the work," "basic vocational education element" Was verified for 3 hours*4course development education course consists of lectures and practical training. There is a contact in active learning. Challenges, lessons form that can actively participate in students.
