| Research Abstract |
We developed two novel methods for sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the determination of human peptidylarginine deiminase 4 (hPAD4) and the detection of hPAD4 autoantibodies in the peripheral blood. The combination of these sandwich ELISA methods might be a potentially beneficial clinical tool for diagnosing RA.
