| Research Abstract |
平成14－16年に岩手県の県北地域（岩手県の二戸、久慈、宮古医療圏）の約2.6万人において、健康診査の際に同意をいただき生活習慣などを含む種々のベ－スラインデ－タを調査した（岩手県北地域コホ－ト）。このコホ－トのエンドポントの追跡のために、当該助成金を受け、この地域において平成23－25年度に心筋梗塞、突然死、心不全、脳卒中の発症調査（医療機関受診例）を実施した。また、非医療機関受診例の登録も厚生労働省に人口動態指標の目的外使用を申請し、許可を得てその例を登録した。この発症登録結果とコホートの突合を行い、コホート内の心血管疾患発症の状況を明らかにする。それを元に、日本人の心血管疾患発症リスクの評価スコアを明らかにする。
