Research Abstract |
CMV pp65 specific T cells are able to be detected in magnetically separated CD8+ T cells by IFNg ELISPOT assay with epitope peptide pulsed CD40-activated B cells, but not with peptide alone or unseparated PBMCs. Under written informed consent, PBMCs were collected and stored from five CMV sero-positive HLA identical donors and their recipients. After identification of unknown CMV pp65 epitopes, IFNg ELISPOT assay with the epitope peptides will be conducted.
