Research Abstract |
I confirmed that cultured melanoma cells expressed RIG-I protein by IFN-beta stimulation. Moreover, proliferation activities of melanoma cells were suppressed by IFN-beta. Poly-(I:C), known as synthetic analog of double-stranded RNA, has no effect on the induction of RIG-I expression in the human melanoma cells.
