In this study, we aimed to investigate physiological mechanisms regarding the effect of insulin-resistance on increasing poor response to agents in the patients with treatment-resistance depressive disorder, by Voxel-based-morphometry (VBM), Intimal-media thickness ( IMT) and flow-mediated vasodialation (FMD).
