Research Abstract |
We investigated the relationship between chronic pain and stress. Rat Chronic contraction injury (CCI) model, which was observed the neuropathic pain behavior was made after SART stress. From our results, there is the relationship between chronic pain and stress synergistically. especially, we investigated the pain behavior not only ipsilateral but also contralateral. Moreover, anxiety and depression behavior also enhance in pain sensation. From our experience, chronic psychological stress induced not only neuropathic pain but also anxiety , depression.
