Research Abstract |
The compact LED finger photo-plethysmograph sensor module has been developed for investigating detection of 3-Dimentional motion image sickness. The measured photo-plethysmography pulse signals in addition to fluctuation of pulse have been analyzed among very-low-frequency-band spectrum. Several experimental results under 3-D movie appreciation have shown that 3-D motion sickness seems to appear when low-frequency spectrum and pulse fluctuation change rapidly. Accordingly, it is found that the finger sphoto-plethysmograph sensor module is effective for detecting the 3-D motion sickness.
