Research Abstract |
To improve our understanding of chromatin dynamics, we have to reveal linkage/association among nucleosome/transcription factor?DNA interactions. Toward this goal, we tried to develop a novel method that utilizes base modifications, but not DNA cleavage, to reveal chromatin structure in a genome-wide scale. While a similar method termed NOME-Seq was reported, its combined use with PBAT, a bisulfite sequencing method of our own, would enable a practical and highly-sensitive analysis.
