Research Abstract |
We demonstrated high-quality L21-Co2FeSi (CFS)/D03-Fe3Si (FS) bilayer structure by using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). This bilayer was fabricated into lateral spin-valve devices (LSVs) with L21-Co2FeSi (CFS) and D03-Fe3Si (FS) electrodes. Even in a microscopic area in asame Si platform, we can obtain two different spin injectors consisting of single-crystalline Heusler compounds with the different spin functionalities. This work will open a way for intentional arrangement of various spin injectors for spintronic applications in the same Si platform.
