Research Abstract |
A rabbit polyclonal antibody against zebrafish GLP-1 was produced and used for the detection of GLP-1 protein in several tissues. The antibody did not work well unfortunately. Lys-deficient diet induced lipid mobilization from liver to muscle, which suggests that amino acids function as pivotal regulators in fish energy metabolisms.
