Research Abstract |
Biochemical examinations useful for forensic diagnosis are usually performed by outsourcing. In this research, we examined usefulness of TaqMan protein assay to establish rapid and sample-saving on-site analysis method. As a result, we failed to design reproducible methods with wide dynamic range. On the other hand, we accomplish a part of the aim by using a commercially available testing equipment for private hospital.
