| Research Abstract |
IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a new disease concept first recognized in the 21st century. The condition is characterized by elevated serum IgG4 values and marked IgG4-positive plasma cell infiltration of affected lesions. Pathogenesis of IgG4-RD is still unclear. We have done DNA microarray and proteomics analysis to investigate its pathogenesis.
