Research Abstract |
Exposure of 2.9% isoflurane on pregnant mice (embryonic day 17) had an influence on learning function, morphological synapse formation (synaptophysin staining) and BDNF mRNA on postnatal day 7. Furthermore, exposure of 2.9% isoflurane on pregnant mice effected brain NKCC/KCC2mRNA ratio.
