Research Abstract

Fat-soluble small ligands possess diverse physiological roles in part through cellular receptor proteins. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms are not fully understood. In this study, we characterized a role of the ubiquitin system in regulating a fat-soluble ligand-dependent transcription factor.
