Research Abstract |
In this study, training was focused on sensory function and muscle strength, and the study aimed to better understand the features of training effects and gender-based differences in balancing ability. The muscle strength training group (n = 10) showed improved muscle strength but no improvement in balancing ability, while the sensory training group (n = 10) showed improved balancing ability. Then, the muscle strength training group underwent sensory training and the sensory training group underwent muscle strength training, and the 20 participants were divided according to gender to analyze gender-based differences. The results revealed that the men had higher muscle strength, while the women had slightly higher sensory function and higher balancing ability.
