Research Abstract

Inflammatory cytokine and oxidative stress is important factor to predict severity and prognosis in chronic heart failure (CHF). On the other hands, in CHF patient cardiac rehabilitation (CR) provided an improvement in clinical outcome. Thus, we examined whether attending cardiac rehabilitation lead CHF patients to favorable clinical outcomes. CHF patients with exercise intolerance had higher inflammatory cytokine and oxidative stress. In addition, appropriate regular exercise provided improvement inflammatory cytokine and oxidative stress in CHF.
