| Research Abstract |
This study established the methods of isolation of precoursor gland from genetical engineering mice. Subject to differentiation of isolated gland, ductal morphology was observed in the three dimension culture system. We detected candidates of micro RNA which accelerate or suppress its carcinogenesis.
