Research Abstract |
This research aim is development of novel multi-omics approach for discovery of splicing variants in cancer stem cells. Our approach is based on transcriptomics and proteomics. Using the multi-omics analysis, we identified novel cancer-specific aberrant transcripts (splice variants) and variant-derived proteins (protein isoforms) in cancer cells and patients with cancer.
