As omics data are accumulating at an ever-increasing pace, life science is facing with a fundamental bottleneck in generating hypothesis by referring to existing knowledge in databases and literature. In this study, we created a system that represents knowledge in databases and literature in network structures. The system will help researchers interpret massive omics datasets.
