Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to clarify the hidden political ideas on public health mainly involving HIV infection, and to build a philosophical and ethical framework for future arguments. The conclusion is that the philosophical and ethical framework for public health issues has multiple phases―the personal and collective phases, a normative argument phase and a phase to describe the power of public health.
