Research Abstract |
How does a local government start and develop a policy for its successful implementation? This study tries to answer to the question by comparing cases of the policy implemention of a regional vitalization in the world, which is called the "One Village One Product" movement. By analyzing charateristics of each case in some countries, it is clarified that the structure of its implementation refers to a difference between starting autonomously and starting heteronomously in order to establish a policy system including this vitalization policy. The findings are reported in articles and my book in addition to academic presentations at home and abroad.
