| Research Abstract |
前年度の研究に引き続き、小売および卸売に関する資料収集、スーパーマーケット、スーパーマーケットのサプライチェーンを支援する中間業者に対してインタビュー調査を行った。その結果、近年の日本経済における経済・社会環境の変化に伴う消費者行動の変化や新たな小売形態に対するニーズ、新たな小売形態を支援するサプライチェーン構築に関する定量的・定性的な情報を得ることができた。さらに、前年度に構築した仮説および今年度に遂行したインタビューに基づいてアンケートの設計を行い、数名の消費者に対する予備的な調査を行ったうえで、東日本の消費者を中心としたアンケート調査を行った。これらの仮説構築の成果およびアンケート調査の分析結果については、以下の成果を発表している。：”Key Success Factors in Online Grocery Retailing: Empirical Evidence from Tokyo, Japan”、”Service Quality Management in Retailing: Theory and Empirical Analysis of Customer Satisfaction with Checkout Services”、”Estimating Consumers’ Willingness to Pay for Health Food Claims: A Conjoint Analysis”。
